Welcome to Sprint Battle Church Onboarding! We’re thrilled to have your church join our growing community. This is more than just an event — it’s an opportunity to unite, inspire, and showcase the strength of your congregation. Through this onboarding process, you’ll be guided step by step to prepare your teams, connect with athletes, and get ready for an unforgettable experience. Together, we’ll break barriers and celebrate the spirit of competition and fellowship. Follow the steps below to begin your journey.

START YOUR CHURCH ONBOARDING PROCESS

Step 1: Assign a Coordinator

If you’re the pastor, designate a Team Coordinator to handle all event requirements.

This ensures smooth communication and organization.

Step 2: Church team registration

Join the Breaking Barriers: 12 SDA Churches Sprint Battle — a high-energy event that brings churches together through sports, entertainment, and community impact.

Churches benefit from ticket sales, advertising exposure, and meaningful connections. Athletes aged 13–18 compete in team-based races for a $12,000 prize pool and special gifts.

Step 3: Access the Skool Community

As part of onboarding, your church will gain exclusive access to our Skool community platform — the central hub where pastors, coordinators, and athletes connect, share updates, and prepare for upcoming events. This is your space to collaborate, stay informed, and ensure your church is fully prepared for Sprint Battle.

Step 4: Athlete Representation

Don’t worry if your church doesn’t have athletes — Sprint Battle provides a list of athletes who can represent you.

Step 5: Determine Entry Teams

Decide if your church will enter Girls, Boys, or Both categories.

Deadline: First week of May.

Church Responsibilities

By participating, your church agrees to:

Sell the required minimum number of 200 tickets for each team entered.
Each church may register 1 Male Team OR 1 Female Team, or both.
- Each team consists of 6 athletes
- Eligible athlete ages: 13–18 years old. 1 athlete for each age between 13-18
Ensure all athletes are registered, including:
- Athlete profile
- Parent/guardian contact information
- Signed participation waiver
Promote the event within your church and surrounding community.
Provide a designated Team Contact/Coordinator from your church.

Sprint Battle will provide:
✔ Digital ticket sales page
✔ Sales tracking system
✔ Promotional flyers and support

Benefits to Participating Churches

Your church will receive:

30% Revenue Share	Your church keeps 30% of total tickets sold under your team’s link.
Community Visibility	Opportunity to represent and showcase your church.
Youth Engagement	Athletes gain confidence, exposure, and positive community experience.
Event Promotion Exposure	Church name and team listed on official Sprint Battle event page and promo releases.

Step 6: Team Entry Deadline

Submit official Team Entry forms by End of April.

Step 7: Athlete Entry Deadline

Athlete entries must be finalized by End of May.

This ensures uniforms can be created by June.

Step 8: Media Day

June Media Day will feature athletes and teams.

Be prepared with uniforms and team details.
